We seek an effective communicator, with proven experience of developing a museum, able to build and motivate audiences and a staff team. A major area of the work involves the implementation of our development plan as part of quality day-to-day operations whilst maintaining high standards of collections management. Key to this will be development of effective partnerships with other organisations and the ability to secure external funding to enable delivery of engaging exhibitions, events and activities for the whole community.
